Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused periods.

You may not use Track3 to violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform or its users.

All content, features, and functionality of Track3 — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Track3 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

Track3 provides information for personal finance management purposes only. We are not a financial advisor and the information on the platform does not constitute financial advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information provided by Track3.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of Track3 after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
