Everything you need to know
How does the free trial work?
When you create your account, you get 7 days of full access to all Premium features: complete dashboard, investment management, income & expenses, financial AI, and more. No credit card needed. After 7 days, you can subscribe from €6.49/month or €59.99/year to keep full access. If you don't, you move to the free plan: you keep social community access but lose the dashboard, your data, and the rest of the features.
What does the social community access include in the Free plan?
You can view posts, follow other investors, participate in financial discussions, and access educational content shared by the community. It's full access to Track3's social side, permanently and free.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to monthly or annual Premium anytime from your account settings. If you switch from monthly to annual, the discount is applied immediately. If you downgrade to Free, you keep Premium access until the end of the paid period.
How does bank connection work?
Bank connection is currently in development. Soon you'll be able to connect your bank securely and optionally. In the meantime, you can import transactions by uploading an Excel file or log them in seconds via WhatsApp: just send a message to our AI and it automatically records it in your dashboard.
Is my financial data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell or share your data with third parties. We comply with GDPR and you can request complete account deletion at any time.
Is there a lock-in period for the annual plan?
There's no cancellation penalty. The annual plan is paid upfront (€59.99) and you have access until the renewal date. If you don't renew, you automatically move to the Free plan without losing your data.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Billing is automatic and recurring, and you can cancel the renewal from your account settings at any time.
